We have a very modern manufacturing setup with top of the line 14 nos. CNC Machines imported from Taiwan.

The facilities include 6 CNC Turning Centres with capacity upto 350mm dia. Machining and 6 CNC Vertical machining Centres which can handle prismatic components upto 800mm x 500mm. We also have 2 sets of Horizontal Machining Centres of 400x400 & 500x500mm.

They are also equipped with 4 axis rotary tables for multiple axes machining in single set up. A Twin Pallet Horizontal Machining centerwith 400x400mm & 500x500mm can handle variety of multifaceted jobs.

We have very good design and execution capability for development of fixtures and tooling solutions for very wide variety of industries.

The support facilities include Drilling and Tapping Machine, Tool & Cutter grinder and Tool Presetter. The special profile projector and ultrasonic cleaning equipment is under way.
The company also has excellent vendor base, which supplements the internal mfg. facilities for non standard requirements.
